Guillermo Gonzalez is Chief of Staff for the LifeScan Global Commercial Organization where he’s worked for the past 16 years in various roles including Process Excellence, Sales Analytics and Sales Operations. Prior to joining LifeScan, he was a Black Belt in Process Excellence at General Electric. He holds a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from Mexico’s Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
